Dylan Pine

Dylan is the director of Clendon Webb. He is an experienced practitioner in areas of complex commercial and insolvency, trust and equity, and employment litigation. Dylan founded Clendon Webb after seeing a gap in the market for a clear strategic litigation approach to achieve commercial outcomes that has the measure of New Zealand’s larger litigation firms. He is an experienced litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, admitted in New Zealand and Samoa, and he regularly appears in civil and specialist courts throughout New Zealand the Pacific. Dylan represents major commercial entities throughout New Zealand, directors and shareholders, trustees and beneficiaries in high-value trust litigation, and he regularly acts for both employers and employees in significant employment matters. Clients value Dylan’s straightforward, strategic and commercially sound advice. Harrison Sutcliffe

Harrison, an associate at Clendon Webb, specialises in complex civil litigation with a particular focus on commercial and insolvency disputes. He regularly appears in the High Court of New Zealand and has assisted senior counsel in multiple appellate matters, including cases before the Court of Appeal. Harrison enjoys a well-earned reputation for his commercial and strategic approach to resolving complex disputes where he draws upon his combined expertise in finance and law.

Fintan O’Sullivan
Solicitor | BA / LLB
Fintan, a solicitor at Clendon Webb, regularly advises trustees, beneficiaries and estate administrators in high-value trust and estate disputes, and acts for both employees and employers on the full range of employment issues. Fintan also represents clients, including high-net-worth individuals, in relationship property disputes in the High Court and Family Court. He has broad experience in complex commercial litigation at High Court and Court of Appeal level. Prior to joining Clendon Webb Fintan worked in chambers assisting senior counsel. Fintan is recognised by clients and peers alike for his thorough attention to detail, work ethic, and quick understanding of intricate issues.

Bella Pentecost
Associate | BA / LLB
Bella, a solicitor at Clendon Webb, assists across a range of civil and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Clendon Webb in 2026, Bella spent three years clerking in chambers for a senior barrister and as a legal research assistant for family law barristers.
Bella completed her law degree at Waipapa Taumata Rau University of Auckland where she was awarded first in class in sentencing. Bella also holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Criminology and Cultural Anthropology from Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington where she was named to the Dean’s List for academic excellence.
Bella spent her final semester at the University of Copenhagen studying EU welfare law and the legal disruption caused by artificial intelligence.

Eric is a Law Clerk at Clendon Webb. He supports the team across all of the firm’s matters with research, document preparation and hearing preparation.
Before joining Clendon Webb Eric worked in chambers for senior relationship property barrister. That role gave Eric early experience of contested litigation work.
Eric is completing a conjoint Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Auckland.
Kim Morrison
Office Manager
Kim Morrison, Office Manager at Clendon Webb, has over 30 years experience across legal and corporate environments. She brings her depth of experience to the management of Clendon Webb while also balancing part-time work as an EA to several senior King’s Counsel and other top Auckland barristers.
Kim’s work spans accounting, billing, administration and secretarial support, as well as setting up systems, IT requirements and templates. She also has a reputation for her skill organising events from small events to large corporate functions.
Across three decades, Kim has built a reputation for being reliable, discreet and practical, with sound judgment and good written instincts that make her communication clear, accurate and professionally expressed. These qualities make her a trusted right hand.
